These photos show potential hazards around the school premises.

Picture 1 - Trip hazard.

It shows the gap in the floor leading across the link. This is dangerous because someone could get their heel caught in it and trip over. A strip of metal or tape should be put over it to prevent ths happening.

Picture 2 - roof collapse hazard

It shows a huge gap in the ceiling which could collapse with a heavy rainfall on someone. To stop this from collapsing, a new piece of plasterboard needs to be put over it and any gaps sealed.

Picture 3 - door slam risk causing injury

It shows there is no safety lever so people can get hurt by the door swinging into their faces.To stop this happening, a safety close lever needs to be fixed on the door at the top.
